Data saving issues...

We recently changed our online shop server

In our online shop if we create and save any value in admin area it is not saving...

We reviewed the database tabale there is new black row added. This problem occurred only on admin area, not in front end.

how can we check the error log for the admin area?

Check your ssl configuration in includes/configure.php and .htaccess.

After modified as per your instruction still the problem persist...

we are using modified shop 1.0x... Any way to get the error reports?

Hi jey, please check if the database user has write permission.
Which PHP/MySQL version is in use?

We are using PHP Version 5.6.36 and MySQL version 5.6.40

Also, we tested its working perfectly without HTTPS, if we use the https then Admin area value not saved.

Post the relevant parts of your

.htaccess (completely)
includes/configure.php
Admin/includes/configure.php
includes/application_top.php

but without any passwords and usernames.

Also check whether you have activated „force ssl“ or „permanent 301 redirection“ at your server/Webhoster. This would be not allowed.

We found the issues... Problem is HTTP to HTTPS redirection in the htaccess file.

we removed the code now working perfectly
